Empowering

We educate our community about Alzheimer’s and other dementias, dispelling myths and building empathy.

We equip facilitators to launch and lead caregiver support groups, creating safe spaces to share and learn.

We connect caregivers and families to local programs and organizations with real-world tools and services.

Empowering individuals, families, and caregivers to live with purpose and dignity throughout the dementia journey together.
